Eastern Carpet Cleaning service is backed by over 38 years of providing guaranteed satisfaction to our residential and commercial customers. Our carpet cleaning work is done inside your home or office, while our area rugs are cleaned in our plant.

Our service can start with a free appraisal of your home or office carpets. This includes a pre-inspection to identify problem areas and provide you with a firm cost estimate of the work to be done.

Once Eastern's trained and licensed technicians start work, an environmentally safe heated carpet cleaning solution is sprayed into the carpet fibers to loosen imbedded dirt. This is then followed by a high-powered, truck-mounted hot water extraction process (steam cleaning), the soil is removed utilizing pressure and heat so the carpet is just damp to the touch. During the rinsing process, a solution is used to leave the carpet fibers in a neutral state, removing all previous sticky residue. There will be nothing left but a clean carpet that is like new! Then, we groom the carpet fibers in one direction for quicker drying.

Finally, our technicians review and inspect the entire job with you to make sure that the work is done absolutely to your satisfaction. If it is not, we will correct the problem on the spot and before we leave your home or office.
