"I'd like to take this opportunity to share some of our experiences with Eastern Carpet. Here at Lathrop Property Management we use Eastern Carpet exclusively. We have over 280 residential apartments as well as commercial and retail properties. When I call to schedule an appointment the first question is always "when do you need it done". No matter what the need or emergency, I have never had them tell me that they couldn't do it and the quality of their work is always as good if not better then their competitors. We had a serious flood at one of our commercial properties from a plugged roof drain and came in to find collapsed ceilings and carpets so wet that water was standing on top of them. I made the call to Eastern Carpet at 6:35 a.m. and had their vans on site in less then an hour. They started the extraction process then put dryers on several floors. They came back during the night to move dryers around and be sure there were no new leaks as it was still raining. This is the kind of service that makes them invaluable to us."
