They are specially trained in the care of all fabric types, including cotton, wool, silk, nylon, and cotton/polyester blend, among others. And in addition to using the proper upholstery cleaning solutions for your furniture, they use specially designed tools to gently clean folds and crevices to insure that the entire piece is thoroughly cleaned.
We start with a pre-inspection in your home or office to identify the problem areas which are then pre-treated. Then a special heated upholstery cleaning solution is applied to the fabric to loosen the dirt. This is followed by a through fiber rinse and extraction to remove the dirt and cleaning solution. This two-step upholstery cleaning process includes a pH-balancing fiber rinse that removes cleaning solution residue along with the deep down dirt. This leaves a fresh smelling fabric and furniture.
Once our professionals are finished, they do a post inspection with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. They can also tell you about upholstery protectors to help preserve the color and life of your furnishings. Our aim is to restore your furnishings to their original condition as much a possible.
